Wellers Auctioneers have been instructed by the well known Cheshire architectural salvage company Beeston Reclamation to conduct a two day auction on their premises on the 14th and 15th of June.
 
This Auction is a major unreserved stock clearance of the day to day stock in trade at Beeston and must be sold to make way for a vast array of recently purchased fresh stock.
 
The first auction on Friday commences at 10.30am and includes a very wide range of salvaged and reclaimed materials including: cobbles, roof tiles, quarry tiles, slate, pavers, paving slabs, flagstones, coping, pier caps, doors and radiators.
 
Saturday's sale starts at 10.00am with the gardener  and landscape designer clearly   in mind with numerous stone troughs, staddle stones, chimney pots,  garden rollers, wagon wheels and statuary. Later on Saturday a full range of restored fireplaces and surrounds and antique furniture and collectables will come under the hammer, however the undoubted highlights of the day include LOT 1495 the magnificent grand sandstone entranceway with marble decoration originally reclaimed from a boys school in Warrington. There are also two fine panelled rooms in this sale the most notable being LOT 1748 the first class smoking room originally reclaimed from the Walmer castle which was launched from the Belfast Harland and Wolff shipyard in 1901 this panelling is constructed of satinwood and poplar inlaid with ebony and is of both historical and maritime importance.
 
The Auction will be conducted live on the Beeston reclamation premises with simultaneous internet bidding available on thesaleroom internet platform.
