Here we have a set of 4 identical Mahogany doors with bevelled glass. These doors were removed from the head offices of Instone lines Thread needle street, London.
They date back to the early days of flight and formerly belonged to Instone lines which was a major shipping company in the early 1900s; and became one of the four pioneering airline operators merged to form the nationalised B.O.A.C, subsequently privatised and renamed British Airways PLC.
