19th century antique cast iron tripod table

A 19th century antique cast iron tripod table with rope edged top.
Previously a small machine base of some sort, maybe for sharpening tools or a little fret saw now retired as an occasional table.
Buffed up, waxed and ready for use.
Dimensions in inches/cms;
Top is 14.5/37 wide by 12/30.5 deep
27.5/70 tall. Base is approx 16 inch max diameter.
