An antique cast iron gothic church bench; the X-frame end supports with pierced trefoil decoration. English 19th century.
Most likely from a church but could be well used indoors or out. The much later slats are sturdy but could be improved upon.
Seen paired with a 19th century cast iron arched table base (sold separately).

70"/178cm wide (slats).
17.25"/44cm max depth.
31"/79cm height.
17.5"/44.5cm seat height (15.5"/39.5cm to height of iron seat supports).
