Removed as part of house renovations, ready for collection. Potentially mahogany. Believed to have been installed in 1990s.
Some paint marks and blemishes and needs a good clean and some damage to newels during removal (see photo), but otherwise lovely timber in good condition. Bottom two steps are worn but the main section has been carpeted, so the wood here is in good condition (note carpet grips have been attached).
12 steps in total, 2 as part of bottom section. Main staircase still assembled.
