Reclaimed Cast Iron Elite Spiral Staircase With Balcony.
Made from Cast Iron and the spindle's are a metal alloy.
There are 13 steps including the landing plate.
Floor to floor measures: 104" Tall.
All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
All of the nuts and bolts are included.
The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
The pole measures: 146 ¾" Long (plus 2 ¾" finial).
The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
The 18 x balcony spindle's measures: 41 ½" Tall.
The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
