Reclaimed Barley Twist Cast Iron Spiral Staircase.
This is made of cast iron by Hayward Brothers London.
Very unusual design on the barley twist spindles.
12 steps.
The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
Floor to floor measures: 93"
All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
All of the nuts and bolts are included.
The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 25 ½".
This gives an overall maximum diameter of 51".
The centre pole measures: 107 ½" Long.
