Antique Cast Iron Spiral Stair case Carefully dismantled and in fantastic condition 100% complete ! with no breaks , no missing Parts , all the screws and bolts including all the bolt caps are present ! It has been adapted to meet building regs by way of incorporating extra wooden spindles to ensure the maximum of no more than 100mm gaps , the original ornate cast iron spindles are located as they where intended and the wooden ones do compliment the overall appearance. The landing balustrades are solid steel and were added at some point later and measure 95cm high and set into a hardwood base trim . Overall hight of stair case is 260cm from ground to top tread and is 130cm in diameter , tread widths are 62cm .
