Brass GEC Student Lamp

A large brass antique GEC students / desk / office / work lamp in excellent condition paired with a Holophane prismatic shade (marked Holophane). English 1920s-30s.
Excellent condition. Very sturdy with heavy weighted base.
Fully adjustable; shade arm moves up and down and around the central stem, the shade moves up and down on a thumbscrew operated joint.
Rewired with 3m fabric flex, polished safety-switched lampholder and 3amp phenolic plug. Pat tested.
Dimensions in inches/cms;
23.25"/59cm tall.
Shade is 5.5"/14cm max diameter.
4.5kg.
