Wanted: Victorian Sharpening Stone Hand crank - crank and base required

Wanted:
Victorian Hand crank system to fit existing (pictured) Victorian Sharpening Stone/ grinding stone. The size of the stone is 200mm diameter and 130mm deep. The square in the centre measures 70mm x 50mm. I am looking for a small surface mounted or on a wooden base option item that would be used in a Victorian home or garden to sharpen knives/ tools.
