here we have a genuine original hand made clay dragon finial ,decorative ridge roof tile
this dragon is believe to be around 100 years old
info given at time , it was taken off a roof in london and house was over 100 years old and dragon was fitted when the house was built
this could be a s & e collier dragon but there were other clay manufacturers at the time
this is a very rare hip blockend finial
these dragon finials are getting rarer to find and do not come up for sale very often
great condition and lovely patina , viewing recomended , great looking window show piece
