Balterley Shell MK2 close coupled toilet with a 1993 date stamp in any colour
Hi hope you're doing well, I have created this wanted ad as I am looking for another toilet pan and cistern made by Balterley which is exactly the same as the toilet I have here.
This one is a Balterley Shell and came in many colours and different patterns, however I am looking for a replacement Balterley pan that is made in 1993 to match the cistern and lid and the basin because this one unfortunately is slightly damaged with an hairline crack around the top of the pan which may get worse over time.
Since I can't do anything when sanitary ware is cracked like this, I do restore them if they have scratches or worn fittings, so I take stuff like this in which is no longer made, so I take these in to restore and sell on as these are so hard to come by now.
This exact Balterley toilet is no longer made so I am looking for another one the exact same from the same year which is not damaged to replace this one in white.
I have shared some photos where the date stamp can be found on the pan, this would be on the bottom upside down on the right hand side, however on the cistern it can be hard to notice but usually its on the back inside or on the bottom inside and sometimes under the lid.
There are also model numbers on the pan which identifies the pan, it is LV/PAN/SH which can be seen on the right hand side as one of the photos show.
Cistern will have BOD/CH and cistern lid will have Balterley Bathrooms Shell England underneath.
Just a little note I thought I better add for people who may have the exact same toilet who may want to get rid of, I will also take these in other colours as well from any other year as well.
