Absolutely pristine. Re-kiln dried to 9-11% Moisture Content.
CAN BE LAID OVER UNDER FLOOR HEATING WHEN WE SECONDARY KILN BOARDS.
Reclaimed from a Church Social Hall- it was lightly sanded when laid in 1932 - never sanded again.
Full 7.5mm wear layer above groove. All tongues intact and CLEAN. Grooves have been cleaned of dirt by us.
