Solid Oak Stair treads recently reclaimed from a large high end open plan office building.......There are 85 x 1.48 mt treads and 25 x 3 mt treads, and several large landing platforms.....They are all in excellent condition and ready to re use......the lacquered finish has some wear but easily sanded off and treated anyway you like......They have inserted aluminium gripper strips on the leading edges for safety and have an applied lining on the undersides.....These apparently were £ 350.00 each when manufactured and are of the highest quality.

These would suit a barn conversion, modern or period house build or renovation, or warehouse / retain premises / restaurant, pub etc etc. The price is for each of the 1.48 mt lengths........Price reduced to £ 75.00 each plus vat for the 1.48 mt lengths and £ 150.00 plus vat fot the 3 mt lengths........For quantities please ring....Bob.....07733263540
