1. Approximately 4,000 22ins by 11ins good grey blue Welsh roof slates
2. Approximately 30-40sqm of mixed thickness random squared brown York stone flagstones
3. One blue Ford Transit pickup, dropsides with tail-lift reg no VU56 WTK
