Handcarved Green Man

Across a few days during h.Art week in September this year, Grant crafted this intricate Green Man design, whilst visitors were able to watch him work.

Carved out of a solid English Oak Beam, using traditional hand tools. The piece was finished with a coat of clear Fiddes Wax, with Lime Wax used to highlight the iconic foliage parts of the face.
